Country hubs exist so Google and buyers can see we serve remotely. We will not invent an office in your city. Honesty is part of the method.
What remote does not change
You still own the codebase. There are still no per-user SaaS fees. Stripe still sits in your account. Local SEO still needs unique pages and a Google Business Profile that matches reality.
